Our single-source approach means we control the flooring system from formulation through installation — site evaluation, product specification, and project execution. What We Do

Flooring for facilities where the floor actually matters

We formulate and install resinous flooring systems — cementitious urethane, epoxy, polymer concrete, and specialized coatings — for food and beverage processing facilities. Meat and poultry plants, dairy operations, bakeries, breweries, seafood processors, cold storage, pharmaceutical, and commercial kitchens.

Projects range from a small patch repair to a 5,600 SF full facility renovation done in a single weekend. We handle the full scope — surface preparation, slope correction, drain installation, cove base curbing, and the flooring system itself. We have a complete product line (STX, SL, HF, and more) because different environments need different systems. A kill floor has different demands than a chemical storage room or a loading dock.

Everything we install is designed to hold up under the conditions food processors deal with every day — thermal shock, chemical exposure, heavy impact, constant washdowns, and USDA sanitation requirements.

Keith Kwasny

Founder & President

Keith started the company as a painting contractor in 1990. When a customer asked if he could do an epoxy garage floor, he said yes—and figured it out. Then came warehouses, then food processing plants. Each time someone asked, Keith said yes and delivered. That entrepreneurial grit built SaniCrete from the ground up. Over the past 10-15 years, the company developed its own proprietary flooring formulations, and today Keith continues to drive innovation and maintain the client relationships built over three decades of saying "yes, we can do that."

Tyler joined the family business starting as a laborer and working his way up through every position in the company over 15+ years. This ground-up experience gives him unique insight into operations, from mixing materials to managing complex installations. Today, he oversees all field operations, client relationships, and business development—bringing fresh perspective while maintaining the core values that built SaniCrete.

Our installation crews are made up of people who have been doing this work for years — many of them for over a decade. Everyone on our teams has done the work firsthand: mixing material, running scarifiers, troweling floors. That hands-on experience is why we can handle projects ranging from a quick patch repair to a full 50,000+ square foot facility renovation.

We deploy crews nationwide and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Keith Kwasny starts a painting and coatings company in Michigan. Early work in epoxy garage floors and warehouse coatings lays the foundation for what's to come.

1998

National Expansion

SaniCrete expands operations beyond the Midwest, taking on projects across the country.
