There's no better compliment in this business than a callback. When a food processing client who's already seen our work picks up the phone and says, "We're ready for the next area" — that tells you everything you need to know. This project was exactly that: a long-standing client ready to upgrade another production area with the same system they trust throughout their facility.
Surface Preparation: Scarification
Before any new material goes down, the existing surface has to be properly profiled. Our crew scarified the entire production floor down to clean, profiled concrete — removing contaminants, old coatings, and any compromised substrate. This step is critical for long-term adhesion and performance. No shortcuts.
Installation: STX Goes Down
With the substrate prepped, our team installed SaniCrete STX — 3/8" stainless steel reinforced cementitious urethane — across the entire area. Every square foot gets the same attention to detail, whether it's the middle of the room or the tight spots around columns and equipment bases.
The Finished Product
The result speaks for itself. A seamless, USDA-compliant floor that runs wall to wall with SaniCrete VR cant cove curbing at every transition. No cracks, no seams, no harborage points. The kind of floor that handles thermal shock, aggressive chemicals, heavy traffic, and daily washdowns — year after year.
Why They Come Back
Repeat business doesn't happen by accident. It happens because the first floor held up. Because the crew showed up on time, worked clean, and delivered exactly what was promised. Because the floor still looks and performs like it did the day we installed it. That's the SaniCrete difference — and it's why we've been doing this since 1990.
